Hi, I'm Cindy.


As someone who has suffered from burnout, anxiety, depression, fatigue, insomnia, and debilitating brain fog, I know that when your brain isn't working right, it's impossible to have the kind of life you want.

My own struggles (and that of my daughter's) led me to learn about the power of our brain and how the health of it can transform our lives.  As a result, I became a Certified Brain Health Coach. I am also a certified in Neurolinguistic Programming, hypnotherapy, and HeartMath.

I know that once you learn how to change your brain, you too can transform your life!
