    • Discover your unique strengths and learn what makes you exceptional and how you can maximize your potential in life and at work.

HOW DOES THE BETTER BRAIN ACADEMY WORK?


  • The program runs over 12 weeks (9 teaching weeks + 3 coaching weeks). 
  • Lessons are delivered weekly (from 5 pm - 6:30 pm PST), via a series of live ZOOM calls, short pre-recorded online videos, and Q&A sessions. All lessons are recorded.*
  • Receive three, 1-on-1 coaching calls (60 min. call with Cindy Shaw) during the non-teaching weeks.
  • Each lesson includes high impact worksheets, resources for extended learning, and tools that encourage personal insight.

    By completing the Better Brain Academy, you'll :

    3. Learn practical success strategies for taking charge of your own psychology to overcome mental challenges and obstacles.

    5. Improve your focus, mood, stress, sleep and memory with simple lifestyle changes.
    6. Achieve a stronger, better, more resilient brain and mind!


  • How much time do I need to invest each week?

    We are all busy, so the course is designed with busy people in mind.


    We recommend setting aside 3 hours per week during the live 12-week program.

    • Each weekly lesson takes place over Zoom and is recorded if you are unable to attend.  

    • Lessons are typically  1 1/2 - 2 hours in length and can include live discussions, short videos, online assessments and other exercises.

    • The 12-week course includes 9 teaching weeks + 3 coaching weeks.

    • Exercises and worksheets are included with each lesson and can take about an hour each week to complete (these are optional but recommended).

    Once the live course is complete you can dip into and out of any lessons and resources at any time.


    Enrolment fee includes LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP to the program.

  • What time are the weekly lessons?

    Our weekly lessons are held every Tuesday from 5-7 PM (PST).


    If you are unable to attend a lesson, you'll have access to a recorded version of the Zoom meeting.


    Coaching calls are scheduled during the weekdays, based on availabilty.
