Sourdough bread is actually probiotic rich and promotes a healthy gut flora. Additionally, we have included tomato and basil and goat cheese (which has lower levels of allergenic sugars and proteins) as well as a healthy fat (grass-fed butter).
• 4 slices sourdough bread
• 2 Tbsp grass-fed butter
• 1 tomato
• 2 Tbsp soft goat cheese*
• Honey to drizzle
• Small handful basil

1. Lay out sourdough bread on parchment paper and spread grass-fed butter equally on one side of the pieces.
2. Flip bread over to distribute and smear the soft goat cheese evenly on each piece.
3. Add tomato slices and basil to each piece of bread.

5. Place a large heavy bottom skillet over medium heat, and place sandwiches into skillet or use a panini maker for about 3 minutes.
6. Once golden on both sides, remove from skillet and allow to sit for about 2 to 3 minutes.
